In view of the ever changing situation with regard to the Coronavirus, we are writing to confirm that Yellow Oak Inventories is currently working as normal and will continue do so while we can.

Please be aware that it may be necessary to move appointment times around the diary but we will communicate with you accordingly if the need arises.

To minimise exposure we propose that our clerks meet as few people as possible. We would therefore suggest that Check Out appointments are completed without the tenants present wherever possible. This would be beneficial to both clerks and tenants alike.

Where tenants have been self-isolating in a property, this does present a further risk to our clerks and we therefore request that the property is fully deeply cleaned before we attend.

Should the government make an announcement regarding restriction of movement, we may obviously not be able to fulfil appointments but will endeavour to do so. In this scenario, we will be on hand to take calls and answer emails during our regular working hours.
